PRSI: Patients are not Showing for Processing
Troubleshooting steps if patients are missing when processing PRSI claims.
Patients not Listed for PRSI
- Check that the patient has the correct provider selected.
- Check that all patients have had their treatment TC'd and are within the time frame you have specified.
- Ensure the payor has processed a claim for PRSI treatment.
- Ensure correct for PRSI LOW or PRSI HIGH where applicable.
- Locate some patient names who are missing.
- Go to the patient's chart and check the history for an exam, and check the date the treatment was planned. This is likely to be outside the time you are searching. If so, once you have the planned date:
- Go back to the patient record - payors, selecting PRSI, then the currency symbol.
- Click payments.
- Then backdate the payment to the planned treatment date.
- The patient should now appear.
