PRSI: Patients are not Showing for Processing
If patients are missing when you are processing your PRSI claims there are some options to check.
- Check the patient has the correct provider selected.
- Check all patients have had their treatment TC'd and are within the time frame you have specified.
- Ensure the payor has a processed a claim for PRSI treatment.
- Ensure correct for PRSI LOW or PRSI HIGH where applicable.
- Locate some patient names who are missing.
- Go to the patients chart and check in the history for an exam and check date the treatment was planned, this is likely to be outside to the time you are searching, if so, once you have the planned date:
- Go back to file - payors, selecting PRSI then the currency symbol.
- Click payments.
- Then back date the payment to the planned treatment date.
- The patient should now appear.
