A UOA course of treatment is used for Orthodontic treatment, if you course of treatment is showing as UOA instead of UDA this will be due to the Orthodontic Assessment or Completion box being ticked on the patients exemptions. 

Changing from an UOA to an UDA treatment

1. With the patient file open on the chart tab.
2. Click on the Exemptions button.
3. Locate the Orthodontic Details section.
   • Untick Ortho Assessment or Completion box.
   • Click OK
4. The course of treatment should now revert to an UDA COT.
