Configure your Practice Plan setup in your system, using your fee schedule by applying discounted percentages to your treatment prices.

Create your Practice Plan

⚠️ Please Note: You may require admin privileges to set up a new payor.

1. Go to File - Payors.
2. Click +1 to create a new payor.
   • Add a unique payor Code to identify your Practice Plan.
     💡 Tip: A 10-character limit applies in this section.
   • Add your plan Name and Address details.
   • Tick the option This payor sets the payor's portion and patient discount.
   • Add the discount percentage in the percentage field on this row.
     
   • Set the Payor Type to Other.
     💡 Tip: If your plan has pricing tiers, select Capitation Plan, and then click Bands Setup, and use +1 to add each new tier. Denplan Care & Denplan Essentials setup explores this configuration further.
     
   • Click the Save option to add your new payor to your system.
