Voiding Charted Treatment
If a service has been charted incorrectly or an incorrect tooth has been selected, it can be removed from the charting.
Removing Charting
⚠️Note: Voiding treatment does not remove it from an invoice.
- Open the required patient record.
- Select the Chart tab.
- Click the H tab to open the patient charting history.
- Click on the charting to be removed; this will highlight the charted service.
- Click the Void option.
- A Tooth History prompt will open, with some information for you to review.
- Once you are happy to proceed, confirm your actions by selecting Yes.
- Once you are happy to proceed, confirm your actions by selecting Yes.
