I added in the new codes but they aren't showing on invoices or estimates
This will happen if you forget to add the ADA code to the ADA Code section of the Service code. This can be found under the fees tab once you find a service code and double click on it.
The new ADA codes descriptions are too long and do not fit in the description box
You may shorten the description to allow it to fit. This has been done in EXACT for many years and will not affect claiming. Consider shortening words, such as tooth= tth, implant= imp, etc.
Can Henry Schein update these codes for us?
This is not possible for EXACT. As each practice’s database is unique, a one-size-fits-all import approach would risk corrupting the database and affect other item codes.

Can we update the codes before July 1st 2022?
You are free to add the new codes in before July 1, provided you do not use them until then. As for updating the descriptions and removing the deleted codes before July 1, this is a decision your practice may need to clarify with the ADA.
