List items functionality provides you with simple lists for various items in EXACT to view on screen.

List Items Options

List item options include;

Viewing an Items List

1. Select Transactions - List Items.
2. Select an option from the drop-down menu.
   • The chosen list will open on screen.
   • Double-click a row to view more details or click once, then click the information (i) button.
   • Typing a date into the Date option in the lower left will highlight the earliest item matching the entered date, allowing you to search for information on a specific date.

💡Tip: Lists are displayed in date order; click the date column header to change the order between ascending and descending.

Printing an Item List

Some item lists have the option to print the results, this option will often allow you to preview, email and export the results. When this is an option, there will be print buttons in the lower right of the screen, one for printing the entire list and one for printing the selected (highlighted) list item.

💡Tip: Hover over the button to reveal a tooltip.

When you have selected a print option, further options will become available, select those you wish, including date ranges, user, provider and/or patient information.

Choose if you wish to Print, Preview, Email or Export (often into an Excel document) the list.
