If the pricing currency on your Online Booking website is incorrect, eg $ instead of £ or so on, the steps below will guide you to correct this.
Please Note: The following steps are to be carried out on your server computer. |
- Open File Explorer on your computer.
- Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Software of Excellence\EXACT Server (if your install is located in a different location, navigate to this location as per your practice setup).
- Locate the file Country.txt.
- Right-click then select Open With, then choose Notepad.
- If the text states ALL or the incorrect region, change this to the relevant region code:
- Navigate to File - Save.
- Close Notepad.
- Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Software of Excellence\EXACTResources\WorkstationInstaller (if your install is located in a different location, navigate to this location as per your practice setup).
- Locate the file county.txt.
- Right-click then select Open With, then choose Notepad.
- If the text states ALL or the incorrect region, change this to the relevant region code:
- Navigate to File - Save.
- Close Notepad.
- Click your Windows Start icon.
- Type Registry Editor then Open.
- Navigate your computer registry tree (copy and paste the location into the top bar or click the right arrows to expand the tree) to the following location:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Software of Excellence\EXACT Server
- If CountryVersion displays ALL, double-click this.
- Change the Value data to your region code:
- Click OK to save.
- Close the Registry Editor window.
- Your EXACT services will need to be restarted for the changes to take effect online.
- Locate your Server Administrator from the Server Task Bar.
- Right-click this then select Monitor Service Health.
- Your service bar will open or an arrow will appear at the top of your screen
- One-by-one, restart your services from RLY through to EML, stopping one, waiting for 5 seconds before restarting, once the service status turns to a green circle with a white tick, move onto the next service
