Patients are able to book either Private or GMS appointments online, the GMS Medical Card booking option can be removed if you are a Private only practice.

The removal of the GMS Medical Card booking option online can be achieved by following the below steps:

Payor settings

1. File - Payors.
2. Select your GMS payor.
3. Tick the Inactive box.
4. Change the Payor Type from GMS to Other.
5. Click the save icon.

Provider settings

1. File - Provider - View Providers.
2. Use the up/down arrows to load your first provider.
   • Delete the provider GMS Panel No.
   • Click the save icon.
3.  Repeat for all providers.

Your online booking will update with your GMS Medical Card option removed.
