Managing your List of Stock Items
Updating your stock list will ensure your team has access to exactly what they need.
By adding new stock items to your list and removing unnecessary ones you can keep your team focussed on providing the best patient experience.
Maintaining your Stock List
- Open any patient record, select the Transactions option then Payment to access the Stock Items area.
- This area contains a list of all the stock your practice has configured to be listed as a stock item.
- From here you have access to a series of options to add new stock items, edit existing ones and remove stock items from the list.
- Selecting the option to add or edit stock will take you to the service area of EXACT, where you can alter a description, price and more.
- The option to remove a stock item from the list will simply remove it from the list of stock items. This will not delete the stock/service itself.
