Viewing/Hiding Service Categories
You can configure your available service categories, hiding those you do not access and enabling those you cannot currently view.
Changing your List of Available Service Categories
This setting is configured per user, please repeat this for each user who needs to update their service category list.
- Open a patient file, then select the Chart tab.
- Select the Service List.
- Click the spanner button at the bottom of the service list.
- Click Select which categories you see in the service list and the order they are shown then click Next.
- To add a service category to your list of visible categories;
- Click a service category in the Available Categories column to highlight it.
- Then use the arrows to move this category to the Selected Categories column.
- You can use the up/down arrows to change the order of your Selected Categories.
- To remove a service category from your list of visible categories;
- Click a service category in the Selected Categories column to highlight it.
- Use the remove selected categories button (an icon of a list with an arrow pointing down) to remove the category from your list of Selected Categories.
- Click Finish once complete.
