Existing perio charting can be edited and deleted if the requirement arises. 

Editing Perio Charting

1. Open a patient record and select the perio tab.
2. Locate the perio charting to be amended and click it to highlight the line.
   • Click the edit option e|d.
   • Make any changes as required.
   • Click OK to save your changes.

Deleting Perio Charting

1. Open a patient record and select the perio tab.
2. Locate the perio charting to be deleted and click it to highlight the line.
   • Click the delete option.
   • Confirm your choice on the prompt that opens.
