NHS claims bundles should only be deleted if you have been advised to do so by a member of the EXACT support team or the NHS.

If required to do so, you may need to release the claims from a bundle and transmit them again, if this is the case, you will need to delete the claims bundle/s and then transmit the claims in a new bundle. The steps to perform this are,

Deleting an NHS claim bundle

1. Navigate to administration - NHS - claims bundles.
2. Locate the claims bundle to be deleted.
3. Highlight the bundle by clicking on the row.
   • With the row highlighted, select the print button in the lower right (print to PDF will save your paper).
   • You will use this printout to confirm all claims have been added to subsequent claims bundles.
4. Select the bin icon in the lower right, confirming you wish to delete the bundle.
5. Repeat these steps for all bundles as advised.
6. Transmit your NHS claims to send the new claims bundle to the NHS.
