Incorrect fees on Regulation 11 treatments are often caused by incorrect NHS Banding.

💡 Tip: A Regulation 11 fee is 30% less than a Band 3 fee.

1. Navigate to File - Payor - NHS.
2. Click on Bands Setup.
   • Confirm your banding is configured correctly.
   • Update your banding as necessary.
3. If you update the banding, delete the charting and rechart for the new fees to take effect.
