Chart activity tabs
Charting activity tabs contain many useful sections to help with the patient charting workflow.
Some tabs are only available if the required module has been purchased.

Configuring your activity tabs
- While the service list is selected.
- Click the spanner button then select Select which tabs you use in the activity areas.
- Use the left and right arrows to move items into the Upper or Lower activity tab sections.
Any tabs in the “Available Tabs” section will not be visible. -
Use the up and down arrows to change the order of the items and click “OK” when finished to save the changes.
Configuring your activity tabs (when you don't have access to the spanner)
Some users may not have access to the spanner setting on the chart tab, if this is the case and your settings allow, you can set the tabs via your User Settings.
- Navigate to Configure - User Settings.
- Check your user initials are showing under the Code filter at the top.
- Locate Charting Tabs, then select Setup.
- This will open the Charting Tabs Setup window, where you can configure your tabs.
- Use the left and right arrows to move items into the Upper or Lower activity tab sections.Any tabs in the “Available Tabs” section will not be visible.
- Use the up and down arrows to change the order of the items and click “OK” when finished to save the changes.
- Click Finish when complete.
