Recalculating Usage Percentages
When a provider has been using EXACT and has completed and charged (or TC'd) some treatment plans, EXACT can calculate which services the provider has most frequently used. These can then be used to populate quick charting.
- In the configure quick chart menu.
- Select recalculate usage percentages to calculate the most commonly used treatments.
- The list will ordered from most to least used with a usage percentage next to each treatment.
Auto Filling Quick Charting
The auto-fill functionality populates your quick charting with the most commonly used treatments in your practice that are not already displayed.
- In the configure quick chart menu.
- Select auto-fill from the top to populate your base charting.
- You can also use the auto-fill option at the bottom to populate your treatment options.
Removing Services from Quick Charting
There are two options to remove services from a Quick Charting menu:
- In the configure quick chart menu.
- Right-click a service icon then select clear.
- Or click and hold on a service icon then drag your cursor off the grid, a red bin icon will appear on the icon to indicate it's removal.
Service Graphics
Services with no icons can be placed onto the grid with an icon to identify the graphic has not been set.
Any service with a chart graphic type has a fixed menu graphic that cannot be edited, except for the colour.
Fillings have a standard MO shape with the graphic scaled to fit the line height. The select graphic button is greyed out and the icon cannot be customised.
Tips and Tricks
- Clicking on any service or quick plan in your quick chart configuration to reveal an option to select an alternative graphic.
- Periodically recalculate your usage percentages to ensure your quick charting is displaying your most used treatments.
- Recalculating usage percentages will be performed for all providers simultaneously and therefore may take some time to complete.
