Historically, an NHS contract runs from April to April and coincides with NHS fee changes.

Log into EXACT as a high enough user so that you can access File - NHS Contracts, once in this screen, select the NHS contract you wish to rollover.

Automatic rollover

EXACT has the capability to automatically rollover NHS Contracts from EXACT V13.502.

How to enable: Tick the box 'Contract Rolls Over' if you wish for this to happen automatically, this will be enabled by default.

How to disable: Untick the box 'Contract Rolls Over' if you do not wish for this to happen automatically.

Disabling this feature means you will need to manually rollover your NHS contract, this is outlined below.

Manual rollover

Double click the new contract to add/remove providers or edit their UDA/UOA targets for the contract length.

If you wish to roll over your NHS contract manually please see the instructions below.

1. Highlight (left click) the contact you wish to Rollover then click “Rollover” in the bottom right corner of the screen. If met by a message about rota’s, click ignore/ignore all
   
2. Double click the new contract to add/remove providers or edit their UDA/UOA targets for the contract length.
