NHS Contract Rollover (England / Wales)
NHS contracts run from April to April, which means that each year your contract needs to be rolled over so that you can claim and process treatment on your NHS contract.
Rolling Over Your NHS Contract
You can set your NHS Contract to rollover automatically or complete this manually.
Manually Rollover Your NHS Contract
- Navigate to file - NHS contracts.
- This will open your existing and previous NHS contracts
- Select the NHS contract you wish to rollover.
- Click to ignore any messages about rotas.
- Click roll over contract in the lower right.
- Your contract will be rolled over with the new years contract on the main contract screen.
- Double-click the new contract to amend any providers
- Edit UDA/UOA targets.
- Alter the contract length.
- You can always click the contract rolls over setting to save completing this next year.
- Once completed, exit the NHS contract functionality and you're ready for the new NHS contract year!
Automatically Rollover Your NHS Contract
- Navigate to file - NHS contracts.
- This will open your existing and previous NHS contracts.
- Double-click your current NHS contract.
- Click to ignore any messages about rotas.
- Tick the contract rolls over setting to enable this option or untick it to disable it.
- If you disable the automatic rollover, you might want to set a reminder for a week or two before next April to ensure you don't forget to roll it over in time.
