Every service and stock item in your system can be accessed in one single list.

Accessing a List of all Services

⚠️ Note: This area may be restricted to Admin users.

1. Go to Configure - Services/Stock Items.
2. Click View Services.
   • Services with a tick in the first column are active and will be visible in the patient's chart tab.
   • Services that are unticked will only be visible in the service list, but can still be used for reporting if required.

💡Tip: Left-click the Code or Payor Code columns to sort the selected column. 

Printing or Exporting the Service Items List

1. Click the print button in the lower right corner.
2. Leave the from and to boxes blank to include everything, or select a range of services and then select Print, email or export (CSV).
   • Tick Only services that have a fee to filter out services without a fee attached.
   • Tick Only services 'Listed in Chart' to filter out unlisted services.
