Updating your Practice Information
Your practice information is stored in EXACT, this information is used throughout EXACT from displaying your practice name on the home screen through to populating merge fields in Email, SMS, Letters and more. This is also where you practice logo, website, phone and NHS information is stored.
Please Note: If any of your practice information including practice name, address or contact information has changed, please notify us at accounts.change@henryscheinone.com so that we can change this on our records. |
Please Note: If you update your email address in this area of EXACT and use Campaign Plus/Marketing Manager please contact the support team to update your campaign communications (you will receive an email link from Amazon Web Services to confirm your new email account address). |
Navigate to your Practice Information via Configure - Practice Information.
Practice Name
Your practice name must be changed by the EXACT support team, get in touch to update this.
Address
The practice address is important when using Online Booking as Google uses the address to determine what shows up on the Online booking page to your patients.

If Locations is enabled you will have 2 options:
- Use practice name for report titles
- Use login Location for report titles
This allow you to have different Practice names on your documents depending on which one you chose on login.
Practice Image
To update your Practice Image,
- Click on Browse.
- Find a locally stored image (.BMP files only).
- Then click OK.
- You will need to close and restart EXACT for this to appear on the home screen of EXACT.
Please Note: If you include a practice logo on your email or letter templates then you will need to edit each letter by going into the list of available letter templates from any patient file and editing the template and pasting the logo into your desired location on each letter template. NHS details (UK only)
Please ensure these are correct and up to date to stop any claims being rejected.
Practice ID
This can only be edited by the EXACT team. This ID is unique to your practice, creating links to SMS, Easypost and other EXACT features.
