All services in EXACT will initially default to a default set of fees, which can be updated to meet your requirements.

Your Practice Default Fees

💡 Tip: As default, EXACT uses the fees as set in the fee schedule DEF.

If you have created a new set of fees and would like to change to these or revert to DEF, this article outlines the steps to achieve this.

Changing Your Default Fees

1. Go to Configure - Practice Settings.
2. Under the heading New Providers.
3. Locate Default Fees.
   • Click into the box to display the selection options.
   • Select the fee schedule you wish to set as your default Fee Schedule
   • Click OK to set this (it will now appear next to Default Fees).
4. Click OK on the Practice Settings window to save your changes.

Any course of treatment created after changing this will use the new fee schedule for default prices.

Additional Information

• If a provider has different prices displayed, it is likely that they have their own default fee schedule configured. You can check this in their provider settings.
