The email mailbox counter controls what emails are shown in EXACT, it prevents the duplication of emails. On occasion, it may be necessary to reset your mailbox counter to 'pull' all emails from your email account into EXACT.

Resetting Your Mailbox Counter

⚠️ Please Note: This option should only be used when you require your entire mailbox to be re-downloaded to EXACT

1. Log into EXACT.
2. Go to Configure - Email and SMS Setup.
3. Press Next.
   • Click Reset Mailbox Counter.
   • Confirm your choice.
