@soegateway.com email accounts were provided to dental practices without their own email account, these accounts are now legacy products with a limited lifespan.

⚠️Spring 2025: Issues relating to @soegateway.com email accounts was traced to the supplier
Although these email accounts are secure, the security aspect of your practice email account can be improved through the use of a dedicated email provider, such as Gmail, Outlook and others.
Find Your Email Credentials
- Go to Configure - Email and SMS Setup.
- Click Next.
- The Incoming and/or Outgoing Mail Server will include soegateway.com, if this is not present, your practice is not utilising an @soegateway.com email account.
- Take note of your current email account details, as displayed on screen.
- Go to Configure Configure - Settings.
- In the Filter on field, type incoming.password, this is the password for you practice email account.
Set up Email Forwarding for an @soegateway.com Email Account
Ensure you do not miss any emails sent to your @soegateway email account by configuring forwarding when you migrate to a new email provider
- Go to https://webmail.soegateway.com.
- Log in using your email address and password
- Click settings in the Webmail home in the top right.
- Click on Forwarders.
- Add your new email address as the Forward to Email Address.
- Click Add Forwarder.
Configuring Your Practice Email Account
You are now ready to configure your new email account in EXACT. Search the EXACT help centre for specific configuration instructions for your chosen email provider.

⚠️BT Email Accounts: Emails sent from an @soegateway.com email account will not be received when sent to a BT Internet email address.
⚠️Please Note: Henry Schein One or Software of Excellence will not terminate any @soegateway.com email accounts without prior alert.
