When migrating from a legacy SOE Gateway email account you can set up forwarding and auto-replies to ensure you never miss an email.

Configuring Forwarding for an SOE Gateway Email Address

1. Open an internet browser on your computer.
2. Click the following link or type it into your browser; https://webmail.soegateway.com/.
3. Enter your practice email address and password.
   • If you are unaware of your SOE Gateway password, please contact the EXACT Support team.
4. When you are logged in, you will see options for, Autoresponders, Email Filters and Forwarders.
   • Click on Forwarders.
   • Enter the required information.
     

Configuring an Auto-Response for an SOE Gateway Email Address

1. Open an internet browser on your computer.
2. Click the following link or type it into your browser; https://webmail.soegateway.com/.
3. Enter your practice email address and password.
   • If you are unaware of your SOE Gateway password, please contact the EXACT Support team.
4. When you are logged in, you will see options for, Autoresponders, Email Filters and Forwarders.
   • Click on Autoresponders.
   • Enter the required information.

Checking/Replying Your SOE Gateway Emails Online 

1. Open an internet browser on your computer.
2. Click the following link or type it into your browser; https://webmail.soegateway.com/.
3. Enter your practice email address and password.
   • If you are unaware of your SOE Gateway password, please contact the EXACT Support team.
4. Click Open at the top left once logged in.
5. You then have a choice of using either Round Cube or Horde (this is entirely your choice).
6. This will the provide you access to your soegateway.com inbox.
