Configure Auto-Replies & Forwarding for SOE Gateway Email Accounts
When migrating from a legacy SOE Gateway email account you can set up forwarding and auto-replies to ensure you never miss an email.
Configuring Forwarding for an SOE Gateway Email Address
- Open an internet browser on your computer.
- Click the following link or type it into your browser; https://webmail.soegateway.com/.
- Enter your practice email address and password.
- If you are unaware of your SOE Gateway password, please contact the EXACT Support team.
- When you are logged in, you will see options for, Autoresponders, Email Filters and Forwarders.
- Click on Forwarders.
- Enter the required information.
Configuring an Auto-Response for an SOE Gateway Email Address
- Open an internet browser on your computer.
- Click the following link or type it into your browser; https://webmail.soegateway.com/.
- Enter your practice email address and password.
- If you are unaware of your SOE Gateway password, please contact the EXACT Support team.
- When you are logged in, you will see options for, Autoresponders, Email Filters and Forwarders.
- Click on Autoresponders.
- Enter the required information.
Checking/Replying Your SOE Gateway Emails Online
- Open an internet browser on your computer.
- Click the following link or type it into your browser; https://webmail.soegateway.com/.
- Enter your practice email address and password.
- If you are unaware of your SOE Gateway password, please contact the EXACT Support team.
- Click Open at the top left once logged in.
- You then have a choice of using either Round Cube or Horde (this is entirely your choice).
- This will the provide you access to your soegateway.com inbox.
