With your lab items created, you can chart them, adding them to courses of treatment.

Charting Lab Items

Chart lab services on a course of treatment, along with regular services.

1. Chart the patient's treatment as normal.
2. Chart your Lab Item.
   • If you have multiple laboratories, you can select the required lab or select Undecided or click Skip
   • The lab item will now be charted.
3. Double-click the service on the Course of Treatment to edit any details, if required.

⚠️ Please Note: Do not tick the lab item as complete until you have received this back from the lab. If you tick the item, it will affect the reporting on lab items. Please ensure you save the patient's file before running the lab report.
