If a charted service has been voided, it will be hidden from view; however, it is still visible by selecting the correct settings. This can be reversed if a voiding error has occurred.

Reverse Treatment Voiding

⚠️Note: Voiding treatment does not remove it from an invoice.

1. Open the required patient record.
2. Select the Chart tab.
3. Click the H tab to open the patient charting history.
4. Tick the Show Void checkbox.
   💡Tip: Voided treatment will be displayed with a red outlined circle with a red diagonal line to indicate its status.
5. Select the relevant voided charting.
6. Click the Unvoid button.
7. Select Yes to confirm.
