EXACT Network Backup Crashes Instantly

Crashing during both EXACT and backup.exe..

1. Check for any uncommon anti-virus software such as Sentinel One.
2. Ensure the anti-virus software has the backup.exe exceptions configured; these are usually located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Software of Excellence\EXACT\backup.exe
3. Ensure the destination folder has read/write access in Windows for Users or for everyone.
