An automatic screen lock is available for users to prevent unwanted access to practice and patient information.

Configuring EXACT to lock automatically

This setting is configured for individual users.

1. Go to configure - user settings.
2. Locate the section titled security lockout.
   • Set this to the number of minutes you would like your EXACT to remain accessible until it locks.
   • The time must be between 1 and 300 minutes.
3. Click the save icon to keep your changes.

Tips and Tricks

• If you find that you cannot access configure - user settings, you will need to request an admin user change this setting for you.
