It is possible to set the tooth notation on the tooth chart. To set/change this navigate to:

1. Configure
2. Patient File
3. Under Charting in the upper right there is an option for Number teeth, select the desired display option
4. Select OK
5. Close or navigate away from the Chart tab for the changes to take effect
