On occasion the wrong payor may be selected when opening a Course of Treatment (COT). If the COT has not been charged this can be changed without changing any charting.

With the COT open on the Charting tab,

1. Right click the the COT banner.
2. Select Edit this Course of Treatment.
3. Select the Payor field and select the correct payor from the selection button.
4. Press OK.
5. The payor on the COT will now be correct.
