Finding patients with Patient Lists
Patient lists (previously Contact Lists) provides you with a list of patients using search parameters chosen by you from information saved on a patients file.
Access Patient Lists by navigating to Administration - Patient Lists (Contact Lists) or via the Patient Lists workspace icon.
Patient Lists gives provides you with the ability to identify a group of patients by certain criteria, for example: 18-30 year olds with private health care without an appointment in the coming six months. It also provides you with the ability to contact these patients via SMS, Email or Post as well as the option to export their details into an .csv file (this can be opened in most spreadsheet programs such as Excel).
These lists are used throughout EXACT when running selected reports, marketing campaigns with Campaign Plus and more.
