Troubleshooting an issue where only the first page of a multi-page scan is displaying, often found to be an issue with Windows 10.

Only the First Scanned Image is Showing

Windows 10 is supplied with an image software called Photo, one limitation of this software is that it can only display one image. This can cause issues if you scan multi-page documents, as you will be unable to view every page.

To resolve this, you will need to re-enable Windows Photo Viewer as the default image software.

Changing the Default Photo Viewing Software

1. Search for default apps in Windows.
2. Choose a default under the heading Photo Viewer.
3. Select Windows Photo Viewer.
   • Click OK to save the setting.
