Windows 10 is supplied with an image software called 'Photo', a limitation of this is its ability to only display one image. This can cause issues if you scan multi-page documents as you will be unable to view all images after the first page. To resolve this you will need to re-enable Windows Photo Viewer.

Change the default photo viewing software

1. Search for 'default apps' in Windows.
2. Choose a default under the heading Photo Viewer.
3. Select Windows Photo Viewer then OK to save the setting.

• If Windows Photo Viewer is not listed you will need to install this before you can configure this setting. Please contact your IT support for assistance installing this software.
