When the situation arises that an issue has arisen with a patients Patient Portal connection, you may be required to reset their Patient Portal.

Resetting Patient Portal for an individual patient

1. Open the patient file.
2. Select the Patient Portal icon along the top of their file.
3. Click the spanner in the upper right of the Patient Portal window.
4. Confirm if you wish for all forms to be requested again after the reset.
5. Select Reset Patient Portal.
6. Read the subsequent pop-up before proceeding, select Yes once you confirm you wish to proceed.
7. A confirmation message will be presented once complete.
