Resetting a patients Patient Portal
When the situation arises that an issue has arisen with a patients Patient Portal connection, you may be required to reset their Patient Portal.
Resetting Patient Portal for an individual patient
- Open the patient file.
- Select the Patient Portal icon along the top of their file.
- Click the spanner in the upper right of the Patient Portal window.
- Confirm if you wish for all forms to be requested again after the reset.
- Select Reset Patient Portal.
- Read the subsequent pop-up before proceeding, select Yes once you confirm you wish to proceed.
- A confirmation message will be presented once complete.
