It is possible to view the completion status of patients forms prior to their arrival in practice. To access this information, open your appointment book then select the Arrivals Tab.

The icons on the Arrivals Tab provide a quick and easy way to see which patients have outstanding forms to complete in their portal. If the patient has an outstanding form request in their portal, the icon will display in black. Once the patient completes and submits a form in the portal the icon will display in green.

An orange icon will be displayed when any incomplete or invalid information has been entered. To resolve this, thoroughly check the completed form for any innacurracies.

Icons display left to right in the following order:

1. Health Screening Form

2. Medical History

3. Contact Consent

4. Terms and Conditions

5. Patient Demographics

6. Oral Health Survey

7. NHS Declaration (PR Form)

Only the relevant icons will be displayed depending on applicable forms for your practice.

This example shows that John Smith was sent the Health Screening, Medical History, Contact Consent and Patient Demographics forms but has not filled out the Health Screening yet as it is still black in colour. 

The following icon will also appear on the patient's appointment if they have any outstanding forms to complete on Patient Portal or Clinipad
