Appointment Booking Services
You have access to a list of services when booking an appointment, these are available for you to create appointments for your most common treatments.
The benefit of using a pre-configured service is that the default service settings will pre-populate the appointment booking with information such as the appointment length and category.
This list of available options is configured via the settings button next to the Service dropdown list (you can identify this by the spanner symbol).
Once you have clicked the settings option, you will be presented with a list of your current options and the ability to manage the list, edit a service, create a new service and configure your default booking services.
Managing your list
To change the options available, select the option to manage your list to open a list of all the services available in your practice.
Simply tick or untick any services you to be displayed or hidden from your appointment booking list.
Tip: Click the show select items option to view your current list.

Default booking services
When booking a Dentist, Hygienist or Family appointment, these services will be selected by default.
Changing the selected service will change which service is selected by default.

Could you please change it so you can assign treatments to more than one clinic catergory if required, rather than having to go through the whole book and over lap clinics to allow this please.
