Each provider can have their own appointment column. You can choose which providers appear on the appointment book. 

Adding or Removing a Provider Appointment Column

1. Navigate to the Appointment Column Configuration screen.
   • Click the spanner icon in the top right of the appointment book
   • Select Add or remove provider columns
   • Click Next
2. Adding a Provider
   • Highlight a provider on the left hand side
   • Click the >> icon in the middle of the window
   • Choose Narrow or Wide (We recommend using Wide columns)
3. Removing a Provider
   • Highlight a provider on the right hand side
   • Click on the Remove selected Appointment Book Column from the list icon
   • Click Yes
4. Moving a Provider Column Position
   • Highlight a provider on the right hand side
   • Click the Up arrow to move the provider column further left on the appointment book
   • Click the Down arrow to move the provider column further right on the appointment book
5. Finalising the column setup
   • Click Finish to finalise the columns
   • Other users will need to log out and back into EXACT to refresh the changes.

Changing Column Width

EXACT has the option to display a providers appointment book column width as narrow or wide. To change an existing column width,

1. Open your appointment book.
2. Click the spanner in the upper right of the appointment book (alongside the provider user names).
   • Select Add or remove provider columns.
   • Click Next.
   • Highlight the provider you wish to edit.
   • Double-click on the provider or click the edit button e|d.
   • Select your desired option: Show As Wide Column or Show As Narrow Column.
   • Click OK then Finish.
