Add your practice logo to your Clinipad application.
Adding your Practice Logo to your Clinipad
💡 Tip: Your logo must be saved as a PNG.
- Prepare the logo image with the following characteristics:
- Rename your image logo.png (must be a .PNG format).
- Optionally use transparency in areas of the logo.png file.
- You do not need to scale the image, as the Clinipad application does this for you.
💡 Tip: Landscape images will benefit from being larger in size.
- Create a folder within the Clinipad install folder with the name custom.
- Copy the logo.png file into the custom folder that you have created.
- Restart the Clinipad application on your tablets.
- Open your Clinipad app to test your logo is displayed.
Practice Logo is not Displaying on the Clinipad
- Restart all Clinipad services on the practice server
- Launch your Services application on your server computer.
- Search for Clinipad.
- Right-click and stop all Clinipad services.
- Right-click and start all Clinipad services.
- Delete all Clinipad devices in EXACT.
- Add and pair all Clinipad devices.

💡Tip: Your practice logo will only be displayed when a patient is assigned to the device.
