The Appointment Search functionality in the appointment book is limited to look 90 days into the future; this can be increased so that your reception team have more visibility of future availability.

Configuring EXACT Appointment Search

⚠️ Note: This setting will only affect the appointment search functionality on the appointment book, this does not make any changes to your online booking functionality.

Please contact the EXACT Support team to adjust this setting.

The follow is for internal reference:

1. Go to Configure - Settings.
2. Enter your SOEUK or SOEI login credentials
3. Change: internal.appt search.max days without result to a greater number.
   ⚠️Note: The higher this number is increased, the slower EXACT will perform.
