When your practice has Clinipad's, you can use these to gain digitally signed patient consent forms.

To gain signatures on your consent forms in EXACT, you need your patients to sign their forms.

Signing a consent form

1. Once you have sent the form to your Clinipad you need to change the patient on the Clinipad device.
2. The form/s should now appear for the patient to sign.
3. Once they have read the consent form, they need to click the signatory button at the bottom of the screen.
4. After signing the form, they need to click the green submit button.
5. The option to review this will be available for you.
6. To confirm you are happy with this, click finish.
7. The form will now be returned to EXACT.
