When your practice has Clinipad's, you can use these to gain digitally signed patient consent forms.

To view these signed forms in EXACT, you need to have the consents tab enabled on the patient record. 

Enabling the consents tab

1. Load a patient record.
2. Select the chart tab.
3. Ensure the service list is selected then click the settings spanner at the bottom of this section.
   • Choose the option to select which tabs you use in the activity areas then click next.
   • You should see consents in the left window pane, click this to highlight it.
   • Then using the arrows, move the consents tab into either the upper or lower tab.
   • You can use the up and down arrows to rearrange the order of the tabs.
   • Click finish when complete.

Tips and Tricks

• Activity tabs are configured per user, so you will only be updating your own view.
