Patient photos displaying grey lines

If your patient photo preview images are displaying correctly but showing only grey lines once selected, there are some changes you can try to resolve the issue.

1. On the patient record, click capture photo.
2. Then go to options - video capture pin.
3. Change the resolution to;
   • 1280 x 720 or similar, depending on what options you have available.
   • This may be necessary every time you take a patient photo.
