Country.txt errors and resolutions
If a warning prompt appears when launching EXACT requesting for the country to be specified.

Adding a country.txt file
- Go to C:\Program Files\Software of Excellence.
- Click on the EXACT folder.
- Find the country.txt file and double click on it.
- Check the file has the correct country code (UK, EIRE, AU, NZ depending on where the practice is located).
- Navigate to the EXACT Server folder and repeated the above steps.
- Once all the country.txt files have the correct country the practice should be able to log in
Updating the EXACT workstation registry
- Locate and open the Registry Editer on the workstation.
- Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Software of Excellence\EXACT Workstation
- Right-click to open the menu.
- Select New
- Select String Value
- A new registry entry will be created, enter the name CountryVersion
- Double-click the new entry.
- Add the Value data as per your region
- UK = England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
- EIRE = Ireland
- AU = Australia
- NZ = New Zealand
- SNG = Singapore
- Click OK
- Add the Value data as per your region
- Close any open EXACT windows, including log in prompts.
- Launch EXACT then log in.
