DXperience Loads in Trial Version
Troubleshooting DXperience trial version issue.
DXperience Trial Version
If a DXperience prompt opens with the Serial number of TRIAL VERSION, this can be caused by Anti-Virus software.
- On your EXACT Server computer, access your EXACT services.
- In your Windows service tray, open the EXACT Administrator by hovering your mouse over the Database Service icon, then right-clicking with your mouse, then select Monitor Service Health.
- Excluding the Supervisor (SPR) service, restart all services from left to right.
- Restart the services one at a time from left to right, wait for each service to display a green tick before starting the next service.
- Check all the Anti Virus / Firewall Exceptions for EXACT & EXAMINE Pro Exceptions have been added to your software.
⚠️Please Note: This may required the support of your IT support to add all the exceptions on your server and workstations. Once these have been added, restart the server and workstations.
