Unable to Open Email Attachments in EXACT

1. Go to Configure - Email and SMS Setup.
2. Click Next on the wizard until you get to a page entitled Open email attachments directly.
3. Tick the Open email attachments directly option.
4. Click Next until Finish appears, then click Finish.
5. Open the attachment.
