This error is caused by the practice server computer displaying a non-Internet status.
- On your server computer, locate the internet connection status icon.
- This can be found in your Windows taskbar, at the bottom of your screen.
- A circle icon will be displayed if Windows cannot detect an internet connection on your server computer.
- Click the icon and select Network and Internet Settings.
- Select the Network Troubleshooter to see if this resolves the issue.
- Windows can sometimes display this icon even when a valid internet connection is present, running the Network Troubleshooter will often resolve the issue as the connection test proves that a valid internet connection is available.
💡Tip: If the issue remains after the Network Troubleshooter completes its test of your network, contact your IT Support provider, advising them of the current Server internet status.
