Doctor Merge Field is not Displaying Information
Resolving the issue of the Doctor's information not displaying when using the Doctor merge field.
Troubleshooting Doctor Merge Field
- Open the patient record of the patient in question.
- Open the Medical tab.
- Confirm that a Doctor has been selected for the patient.
- Select or add a Doctor if there is not one present.
- Complete all fields to enable the use of all Doctor merge fields in your communications.
- Save your changes before creating your patient letter again to confirm if the change has been successful.
💡 Tip: When creating communications via File - Specialists, remember to select a patient for your system to know which Doctor information to populate in Doctor merge fields.
