With rooms configured, providers will need to be assigned to the rooms. If there are changes to your providers, you will need to amend which providers are assigned to each room.

ℹ️ Information: Rooms are an alternative way to manage your appointment book, as opposed to using provider columns, with each room representing a surgery in your dental practice.

Amending Providers Assigned to Rooms

1. Go to Configure - Appointment Book.
2. Double-click on the room to be updated.
3. Use the up/down arrows to change providers or use the Multiple button to select more than one provider.
4. Click OK when complete to update your assigned providers.
