If the EXACT Dental icon is missing from the desktop follow the steps below.

• EXACT 13.11 and above
• EXACT 13.11 and below

EXACT 13.11 and above

1. Open File Explorer in Windows.
2. Browse to the following location:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Software of Excellence\EXACT\Launch
3. Right click the SoeiDental.ExactLauncher.exe icon and select "Create Shortcut".
4. Drag the file that has just been created to the desktop/
5. You can now go ahead and rename this shortcut to the normal EXACT Dental name.

Alternatively,

1. Right click on the SoeiDental.ExactLauncher.exe.
2. Select send to desktop, this will create a shortcut for you already on the desktop.
3. You can now go ahead and rename this shortcut to the normal EXACT Dental name.

EXACT 13.11 and before

1. Open File Explorer in Windows.
2. Browse to the following location:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Software of Excellence\EXACT\Soeidental\WorkstationUpdate
3. Right click the SoeiDental.ExactLauncher.exe icon and select "Create Shortcut".
4. Drag the file that has just been created to the desktop.
5. You can now go ahead and rename this shortcut to the normal EXACT Dental name.

Alternatively,

1. Right click on the SoeiDental.ExactLauncher.exe.
2. Select send to desktop, this will create a shortcut for you already on the desktop.
3. You can now go ahead and rename this shortcut to the normal EXACT Dental name.
