EXACT Not Opening on Screen / Minimised for one user
If when you open EXACT (double-clicking the teeth icon), it does not appear on screen but shows in the taskbar as being open or it is loading off screen/minimised and won't open follow the instruction below.
- Hover your mouse over the icon in the taskbar.
- Press and hold SHIFT on your keyboard and right-click on the EXACT icon.
- Select Maximise from the list.
- EXACT should now appear on your screen
This is a common issue when a user utilises 2 monitors on one computer with two monitors then launch EXACT on a computer with one monitor as Windows remembers the two monitor setting.
